4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Cash on Delivery is available in selected cities and areas.
Customers must pay the full invoice amount at the time of delivery.
Refusal to accept delivery without a valid reason may result in:
Blacklisting of the customer
Restriction from future COD orders
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on location.
Delivery delays due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays are beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
